Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Adds Yuffie As a Playable Character

During today’s PlayStation State of Play, Square Enix revealed a new update for Final Fantasy VII Remake for PS4 and PS5. Officially called, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade the new update will launch worldwide on June 10 including the original game and the new expansion that features Yuffie as a playable character.

Yuffie Kisaragi will try to infiltrate the Shinra corporation to steal a powerful material that will allow her to restore her homeland. PS5 players will be able to upgrade the game for free and export their saved data. The PS5 version of the game features higher resolution textures, improved lighting, fog effects and, Graphics-Performance mode for the best experience.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is coming to PlayStation 5 on June 10th, 2021 as Final Fantasy VII RemakeIntergrade; a visually enhanced edition of the critically acclaimed and award winning game, featuring a brand new episode featuring Yuffie as the main character, and numerous gameplay additions for players to enjoy. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade

will be available as a physical and digital Standard Edition, and as a Digital Deluxe Edition on the PlayStation Store. The Digital Deluxe Edition comes with a digital mini soundtrack featuring songs, such as “Descendant of Shinobi,” and a digital artbook that includes concept art and character sheets. Customers who pre-order the Digital Standard Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition will receive the pre-order bonus Cacstar weapon in the new episode featuring Yuffie.
