Final Fantasy VII Remake Part II will be available ‘as soon as possible’, the highly anticipated remake of the classic RPG is now available, but unfortunately, the game is not complete, the part II of the game has been expected for some months. In a new 15-page article from Famitsu, we learned that Square Enix has entered ‘full development’ for the second part of the remake.
Controversy around Madam M massages was also explained, according to Yoshinori Kitase, producer of the game, the scene needed to change in order to not have the game pushed to a higher age rating. This claim is important as the upcoming Part II will allegedly see more from Madam M.
Producer Kitase did not reveal more details about the development of the game, it’s fair to assume that the current situation of the world has slowed down the development of the game, this is also hinted by Kitase when he says ‘as soon as possible’.
“We know that everyone wants the next installment quickly. We would also like to deliver it as soon as possible. Since we were also able to see the line of quality from the first installment, we hope to make the next installment even better in quality that can make for an even better experience. We would like to get it out as soon as possible, so please wait for it. I think we can clearly convey the direction when we officially announce the next installment.”
More information from the Famitsu article reveals that the new character, called Roche was meant to appear in chapter 14 in a battle. According to Co-Director Motomu Toriyama, this character is very likely to appear in the next installment of the game.
