Final Fantasy XV ‘High Level Magic and Combat’ Gameplay

Final Fantasy XV ‘High Level Magic and Combat’ Gameplay

Square Enix has rolled out an all-new gameplay video for Final Fantasy XV, drawing attention to some of the high level combat and magic found in the JRPG sequel.

Arriving by way of IGN, the snippet showcases Noctis casting high level spells (Firaga?) and teleporting around the battlefield via the Warpstrike ability. Flanked by Prompto, Ignis and Gladiolus, there’s also glimpses of a handful of powerful new enemies to be featured in the game, with everything from an armored dinosaur to a Behemoth — a series icon by this stage — receiving the spotlight.

Final Fantasy XV is set to make its debut across PS4 and Xbox One on September 30.

Check out the Trailer:

“The entire video lasts for only one minute and forty seconds, but it is a compilation of different clips which allows a large number of Final Fantasy XV magic skills and combating maneuvers to be shown off. The vombat surely is pretty fast paced.

Looking at this video, and knowing that the developers once thought Final Fantasy was a dying IP, makes you feel incredulous. However, the game still is a make or break deal for the entire seriesbecause so much resources have been put into it.”
