Fortnite Holiday Event Includes Legendary Items In Presents

The holidays have hit Battle Royale, and it’s shown across the each map in a variety of ways. Presents are now available throw down and break them open to find one of several powerful sets of weapons/items, a legendary rarity item that drops in stacks of one (max of 5 stacks). Presents can be found from floor loot, chests, or Supply Drops.

In addition to the map makeover, the 14 Days of Fortnite event will feature a new challenge with a new free reward every single day. Each day also brings both new and returning LTMs. And finally, be sure and check out the Item Shop for new and returning holiday outfits appearing daily to show off your holiday spirit. Login everyday to see what’s new!

The 14 Days of Fortnite event will feature both new and returning LTMs. Large team modes switch every two days and small team modes rotate every 24 hours.

New weapons available:

The Cocoa .45: Silently eliminate your enemies after enjoying a hot cup of cocoa with this new weapon.

It’s a silenced pistol with projectiles that bounce off walls and pass through enemies. It will be available in the Weekly Store from December 26 at 7 PM ET until January 2 at 7 PM ET.

Snowball fight! Launch icy explosions towards your enemies with this frosty weapon.

The Snowball Launcher: is now available as a quest reward from the 14 Days of Fortnite Lobs. The icy grenades can do lots of damage and knockback groups of enemies in a moderate radius.

Save the World
Save the World is also getting into the spirit with both returning and new themed enemies. Bring your friends and team up against the holiday husks on a winter map.

A new holiday quest unlocks every day and is added to your quest log, complete these to earn snowflake tickets to use in the store. You can find a free Upgrade Llama pinata in the store each day, and make sure you check in for a free Smorgasbord Llama for a few days around December 25.
