One of the well-received strategy titles of last year will make its way through consoles in early October. 11 Bit Studios today announced the release date for Frostpunk on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a brand new trailer.
Frostpunk originally released earlier in 2018 for PC. The game is set in apocalyptic future where everything is about to freeze and you have to manage your society to live as longer as it can. Through the way to make more facilities and stand against the deadly weather of the world, you have to make tough decisions that will affect your journey to the ending. Being so kind might avoid you from surviving longer, while setting a mandatory in the city will threaten your leadership.
Aside from campaign mode, Frostpunk also features a survival mode where players can compete with each other on number of days that they’ve been able to survive. The game has sold over 1.4 million units only on PC until mid-April.
Consoles version of the game will feature all PC contents along with some an improved control system and some new scenarios. It will be available on October 11 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Check out the trailer below:
