Fumito Ueda and GenDESIGN Are Teasing Something

Fumito Ueda and GenDESIGN Are Teasing Something

Gen Design – the developer led by Ico, Shadow of the Colossus and The Last Guardian creator Fumito Ueda – has posted what may be an image of its new game.

The teaser image for the upcoming project of Fumito Ueda displays a mysterious girl who is sitting on an altar and what appear to be hands of a hulking creature. Not any further thing is known regarding the approaching project but we are quite certain that it will be just as beautiful as Ueda’s former projects.

Speaking about the Ueda’s new project, back in the year 2017, he has disclosed that given that chance, he is supposed to like to make an open-world game rather same as that of Shadow Of Colossus because of the reason that he is done with The Last Guardian.

Moreover, Ueda has further displayed any interest in bringing The Last Guardian to PSVR but he has added that he has uncertainties that he will not be capable of making a very good product.

He has further added that his biggest anxiety regarding the VR is the motion sickness and he knows not a thing whether it is going to be a good idea so as to bring Shadow Of Colossus to VR. He has also added that he does not feel rather assured that the team is ever going to be able to find a work around this problem.

But with Ueda’s track record, you can expect whatever they’re working on next to be something just as impressive as the designer’s previous games. Ueda is known for directing and designing beautiful games like Shadow of the Colossus, Ico, and The Last Guardian, games that have amassed quite the following thanks to their distinct appearance and mechanics.

In the past, Ueda has mentioned that he’d like to go back to the open-world formula that was seen in Shadow of the Colossus, so if the job listings ever get updated and the phrase does appear somewhere within the descriptions, there’s certainly cause for excitement. With the recruitment post just going up recently though, it’s hard to imagine that we’ll receive any firm details on the upcoming project anytime soon. Ueda has said that he wants to get the next game out there as quick as he can though, so here’s hoping that he’s able to do that.
