The Game Awards Announcements

It was announced today during The Game Awards, held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, the best games of the year and new announcements in the gaming industry.

In addition, as has happened in recent editions, the ceremony will feature exclusive ads and lots of fun. Below, we offer a summary with the highlights of the ceremony of The Game Awards 2017.

In the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at the hands of Geoff Kighley, who remembers the possibility of winning prizes through Steam, he presents the first world premiere: World War Z.

Zelda Breath of the Wild has its moment of glory during the ceremony with its second pack of content: The Champion’s Ballad. After a spectacular and emotional trailer, Eiji Aonuma announces that it is now available!

Bethesda shares a funny video in which they defend single-player games from titles as prominent as The Evil Within 2 or the award-winning Wolfenstein II.

The producer and director of games in Bandai Namco, Katsuhiro Harada, takes the stage to present, Soul Calibur VI with a spectacular trailer. The game will arrive sometime in 2018.

The new upcoming game of THQ Nordic, Fade to Silence, is seen during the ceremony with a new trailer.

Next, was the announcement of Bayonetta 1 and 2 that will arrive at Nintendo Switch next February 16th.

But that’s not all from Platinum Games … The development of Bayonetta 3 has been confirmed by Reggie Fils-Aime! The new adventure of the witch will be exclusive to Nintendo Switch.

After that, the big moment of the night… the reveal of a new trailer for Death Stranding.

During the new trailer of Death Stranding, we see that it is starring Norman Reedus again, but it reveals the existence of a kind of enemies in the form of monsters and shadows. Once again, the babies take a big role, although it is still not revealed what role they will play in the new game of Hideo Kojima.

New from creators of games like The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Painkiller and Bulletstorm it was presented, with a trailer, Witchfire.

¡A Way Out already has a release date! Next March 23 we will enjoy the new game of Electronic Arts, developed by Hazelight Studios.

Also we didn’t want to miss in the event Dreams, the new Media Molecule game, which is seen in a new trailer.

The ceremony stops to dedicate a few minutes to Andrew House, who a few weeks ago stopped being the president of Sony Interactive Entertainment.

The expected presentation of the desert map of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has arrived. The new map of PUBG is seen in a frantic video gameplay.

GTFO is the newest game of the creators of PayDay, a cooperative horror game for 4 players that can be seen in a scary and action-packed gameplay trailer.

The ceremony also leaves us a new trailer of Metro: Exodus, which unveils the game’s launch window: autumn 2018.
