The Versus Tech Test for Gears 5 is about to become available for Xbox Game Pass subscribers and those who have pre-ordered the game on July 19, but before we reach the launch date, now you’re able to download the game and get prepared to jump into the technical test as it kicks-off.
The upcoming tech test will be available for both Xbox One and PC players, requiring at least 14.5 GB of free space to get installed on your platform. Versus Tech Test includes three multiplayer game modes (Arcade, Escalation and King of the Hill) along with two maps (District and Training Grounds) and two additional sections, Bootcamp and Tours of Duty, with the first one being a practice arena and the second one delivering a set of challenges for players.
The technical test for the game will be held in two phases: first one starts on July 19 and ends on July 22 (both at 10 AM PDT) and second one will be kicking-off on July 26.
