Hypes for this year’s E3 is high enough, as we are so close to next-gen consoles, but the number on our Hypometer is getting even higher with the new leaks that is coming out from Microsoft’s press conference in there. After hearing some rumors about the release date of Halo: Infinite and Age of Empires 4, and also getting alerted about the reveal of Fable Reboot, now a NeoGaf user claims that Gears 5 will be coming in September and it will be confirmed at the event in less than a month.
According to Braldryr, Gears 5 is going to take over a major time of the show with a full reveal for the game’s gameplay while showcasing a great walkthrough of it. Also the multiplayer section of the game will be shown-off, as it’s going to host eSports competitions in Summer.
On top of all the details above, It’s being said that The Coalition has picked a September release for Gears 5, which doesn’t seem to be false, as we saw Forza Horizon 4 launching in early October last year, so it seems possible to see Gears 5 coming out in a period close to the last year’s exclusive title’s release date.
Gears 5 announced at E3 2018 with a cinematic story trailer and since then, we haven’t seen any new footage of the game, while it’s confirmed that the game will be coming in 2019 to Xbox One and PC.
