Most of the Ubisoft’s titles that released back in 2016 are now getting sequels. Watch Dogs Legion and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint both have been revealed recently while their predecessor launched in 2016. However, the new games might find another platform to get released on in addition to three traditional platforms of this year. At least for Breakpoint rumors suggest the announcement of a Stadia version soon.
According to Jason Schreier’s latest article, Google Stadia will be using cross-save and that will make it possible to players to transition their progress into the streaming platform and continue their experience on Stadia. Following this feature, Schreier also mentioned Destiny 2 and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint as titles that will likely make their way through Stadia in the future. While neither of the developers for aforementioned games have confirmed the rumor yet, it’s not unexpected to see Breakpoint coming to Stadia, since Ubisoft has previously promised to support Google’s streaming platform with its new titles.
While you can take it with a grain of salt, Google’s exclusive livestream for Stadia will make it clear that whether Breakpoint will be coming to the platform. Also, if it gets confirmed by Google, we can hear more about the game’s Stadia edition at Ubisoft’s press conference at E3 2019.
