Polyphony Digital has announced that Gran Turismo Sport players will soon be able to take on wet-weather conditions with the addition of various rain elements on the track. The company made the announcement during the World Tour 2019 Nürburgring Nations Cup, as well as revealed some new footage of wet track racing for the upcoming update for the game.
Check out the new rainy weather conditions below:
The new update will include rain and light rain conditions, both of which will significantly change how racers will react to racing instances. The slippery roads have been eagerly anticipated since the game’s launch back in 2017, so it’s good to see Polyphony continuing to add more experiences to the game.
Gran Turismo Sport released back in October 2017, and has since received tons of new updates including a single player campaign mode, monthly updates introducing new cars and tracks, and now new features, such as rainy conditions.
As of now, there’s no official release for the latest update for rainy weather, but stay tuned as we’ll be sure to update you once it’s announced.
