Codemasters has officially revealed via a brief gameplay teaser that its upcoming racing title, Grid, will be playable at Gamescom 2019 for all attendees. The game will be available at Xbox’s booth in Hall 8 as well as that of Deep Silver in Hall 9.
Grid was announced back in Spring this year, as a reboot of the series. While it was slated to launch earlier in September, Codemasters pushed back the release date to October 11. Here you can check out the latest gameplay teaser of the game, inviting you to play it for the first at Europe’s most anticipated gaming event:
In Grid, you will start your career as a driver in different segments of racing tournaments. There is a wide variety of races in Grid each one with their own challenges. Cars will be available in multiple classes including Mucsle, Super Sport, GT and other categories. Grid will also be featuring a new revenge system for AI called Nemesis, through which your AI competitors will revenge you if you attempt to hurt them during the race.
As far as the trailer shows-off, it seems the new Grid will be as good and challenging as the previous titles, making it a great reboot for fans of the series. It will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
