Currently, Microsoft’s biggest launch is Halo Infinite which will be accompanied with the release of Xbox Scarlett. This is the third game in the series that’s being developed by 343 Industries, the team that take the helm for Halo after Bungie’s departure from Microsoft. While we haven’t got a considerable amount of information on Halo Infinite so far, the game seems to have a hidden message in its latest trailer.
According to a Twitter user, Xeypal, there’s a QR code in Halo Infinite’s E3 2019 trailer that appears for a brief moment during the scene that we see everything from Master Chief’s point of view. If you scan the QR code it will lead you to an audio file containing a message from Cortana. If you play it, Cortana says:
This…this is part of me. I don’t know why, I don’t know how, but it is me.
To be honest, Cortana’s message doesn’t reveal anything understandable about the story, though some Halo fans might be able to decrypt it and get some info about the upcoming title of 343 Industries.
Halo Infinite is set to be released later in 2020 along with Xbox Scarlett. The game will also be available on Xbox One and PC.
