Halo: The Master Chief Collection Will Get Its PC Test After E3 2019

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is on “Top 10 Most Anticipated Games” list of every PC gamer more than likely. Microsoft finally announced that its long-running Xbox exclusive franchise will make its way through PC this year, and now all the fans have perked up their ears to hear an exact release date from 343 Industries, which was hoped to be announced at E3 2019 but it seems the development process will take longer than what it was expected to be.

During a talk to the fans on Reddit, Brian Jarrard told if they would know what they know right now, probably they would push back the announcement of the collection for PC, as the development process for porting it on PC needs much more time than what the studio had planned. He said:

If we could go back in time, knowing what we know now, we probably would’ve waited to make the announce. We had plans and estimates and goals – including a need to get the word out so we could allow ample time to build up a Halo Insider program. We all expected flighting to have started by now but unfortunately some areas of development have proven to be more time consuming than anticipated.

According to what 343 Industries revealed upon the game’s development, it seems fans have to wait a little bit more than what they would expect. However, with all these issues through porting the game on PC, I think the possibility for not getting the game this year is so weak. Although the PC test is set for after E3 2019, it doesn’t mean that we won’t have the chance to hear new details of the game at the upcoming event.
