Here Are 11 Minutes of Gameplay Footage from Contra: Rogue Corps

Konami’s line-up for September is going to get doubled with eFootball: PES 2020 coming next week and Contra: Rogue Corps releasing later this month. After revealing a new trailer for PES 2020’s Master League, now Konami has shared 11 minutes of gameplay footage for Contra: Rogue Corps showcasing its combat mechanics and different locations.

Contra series is mostly known for its 2D rouge-like action gameplay which makes the new top-down co-op format to seem a new idea for the series, though the graphics still sticks to the roots of the franchise. In Rogue Corps, players will be able to choose their own characters with different abilities and skills.

Contra: Rogue Corps allows players to go through campaign missions and different challenges in 4-player matches, though some private matches are available for 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 and 1v4 modes. Here you can check out the new gameplay trailer:

Contra: Rogue Corps will be launched on September 26 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
