The upcoming Hitman 3 released a gameplay trailer today, showing off some of the new features for the franchise.Hitman 3 is breathtaking, to borrow from Keanu’s biggest fan. Shadows from the Monstera plants and window frames in a billionaires safehouse cast perfectly on Hitman’s chrome dome as he slinks through the shadows, approaching his target. The developers boast this Hitman will allow Agent 47 to infiltrate ‘insert impenetrable fortress’ wherever he sees fit. The trailer shows 47 climbing through windows, scaling the side of a building in Dubai, opening windows and doors with his new hacking camera, or just through the front door. “A creative assassin never need touch a weapon. Surrounding you is a living, breathing world of opportunity. Action and reaction; cause and effect.” Hitman 3 will have more interactable objects and events than any of the previous entries, giving the player the opportunity to approach the situation in the way they see fit. There will be 20 tiers of mastery to hone the players skills as they perfect their runs. Ratings will now be based on the player’s playstyle, instead of just staying silent, there is potential here for going in loud and getting out quickly to be rewarded, too. The trailer highlights all the additions to the maps that will be available after the player has beaten a map. Stash locations, multiple new starting locations, outfits that give the player faster access into the facility, as well as new weapons to try out.The trailer announced pre-order bonuses for Hitman 3, including new suits and items, The World of Hitman Digital Book, director commentary, and the digital soundtrack. Hitman 3 will be available for Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC January 20, 2021.Gaming Instincts is dedicated to bringing its readers all the latest and greatest news, reviews, guides, and updates for all their favorite titles and more.
