Warner Bros’ open world RPG based on the Harry Potter universe, Hogwarts Legacy is out today for Nintendo Switch. However, several outlets and channels have gotten their hands on the game early and one of these channels is SwitchUp. The YouTube channel posted a recent impressions video for the Switch version of the game. According to the video, which compares the Switch versions to next Gen consoles and PC, the Switch version is held back by load screens when moving between shops and several areas in the game, and it is also notably less visually detailed compared to the PC and next-gen versions. According to the video, the load screens take about 30 to 50 seconds long but the game is still “running reasonably well,” but the loss of the seamless world is “a huge flaw” with this version. Hogwarts Legacy will launch on November 14 for Nintendo Switch. The game is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
