Inversus is Going Online, Heading to PS4 and Windows

Indie games are getting online more and more everyday, it certainly is for the case of an interesting Action-Strategy game called Inversus, today indie game developer Hypersect LLC has announced that INVERSUS is no longer just a local multiplayer game, it’s also adding online gameplay as well for it. With public and private game lobbies, players can test their skills against the world at large or challenge remote friends.

Check out the trailer below:

INVERSUS is a unique mix of territorial strategy and arcade shooter. It explores the concept of negative space by constraining movement to opposite colors of a black and white grid. My paths are your walls and your paths are my walls. Players can open corridors, trap the enemy, or block incoming fire with their shots as bullets smash through a row of tiles swapping the color. Whether you’re competing with friends of trying to break the world-record against the computer, the always-changing play field makes every match a new experience.
