Kingdom Come: Deliverance was born at Kickstarter and developed under hands of War Horse studios as an indie title with a lot of expectations to meet at launch. The game finally released almost one year ago and managed to perform successfully in term of sales, as it sold more than one million units in less than two weeks. However, it couldn’t become a long lasting game for the players, as its co-current players on Steam saw a 95% drop just two months after release. Anyway, War Horse has not done yet with the game, as they announced Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition today.
Royal Edition is a complete version of the game that includes all after launch contents such as Treasures of the Past, From the Ashes, The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon, Band of Bastards and finally the upcoming A Woman’s Lot DLC which will be available this year. Kingdom Come: Deliverance Royal Edition is coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC on May 28th. How much does it cost for you, is yet to be known.
For those who are not familiar with the game, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a first person RPG set in the medieval Kingdom of Bohemia, following true and exact historical locations and events. The game features open-world gameplay with lots of different mechanics and systems that has been promised to serve players a deep Role-Playing gameplay. Technical and graphical issues was one of the major problems of the game at launch that didn’t let the game to shine on storefronts as it should.
