Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory Demo Launches Tomorrow October 15

Tomorrow, October 15, Square Enix will launch Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory Demo for free.

Players will be able to get a trial of the upcoming rhythm-action game with a demo that features four Field Battle Music Stages and two Co-op Music Stages for a total of six playable songs. Is important to mention that Square Enix confirmed that all the play data and records cannot be transferred to the full version of the game.

In Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory, a whole host of familiar Disney friends, foes and adventures await. Players will experience the magic of musical exploration by traversing through worlds packed with rhythm-action challenges.

Whether alone, or with friends and family via local co-op and online multiplayer, players will need to defeat tough enemies and bosses to achieve the top ranks. Through three different play styles, gamers of all ages can choose their level of challenge depending on whether they want to enjoy the songs and adventure without complicated controls, or showcase their skills with complex combos to put on the ultimate performance.

Customers can now pre-order Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory directly from the Square Enix Store, the Nintendo eShop, and Microsoft Store. PlayStation Store pre-orders will start in the following days. As an incentive for PlayStation users, those who purchase for the PS4  from the PlayStation Store for a limited time by December 31st, 2020 will also receive the exclusive Melody of Memory theme.

The new rhythm-action game was announced by Square Enix, during’s August Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase scheduled to launch on November 13, the game will take players into past events in a musical adventure. Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory features over 140 songs and a free-for-all mode multiplayer mode for up to 8 players.

In this musical experience from Square Enix set in the world of Kingdom Hearts, players will match the rhythm with good timing and cast powerful magic spells to attack enemies. A variety of modes are available in the game, including Memory Drive, which involves matching past scenes from memory, and Boss Battle, in which players square off against fearsome bosses with special attacks. Clearing stages rewards players with cinematics and musical scores so they can relive memorable scenes from their journey.
