Aspyr has officially announced Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered, confirming the recent leak. It will launch on December 12 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam. An announcement trailer was also released. In the game you play as Raziel, “centuries after your former master, Kain, betrays and executes you, you rise again and embark on a relentless quest for revenge.” The first Legacy of Kain game, Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain launched on November 1, 1996 for PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Dreamcast, GameCube, and PC. The sequel, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver launched on August 16, 1999 for PlayStation, PC, and Dreamcast.
