Lucky’s Tale Will Be Included for Free on Every Oculus Rift

Looks like the team behind the much anticipated VR headset Oculus Rift are attempting to include their own Mario with every system, which is great news, who doesn’t want to experience platformers on VR or at the very least it would be an interesting experience to play them while being inside the world at the same time; In any case, Oculus VR has announced that the cute platformer Lucky’s Tale will be bundled with the Oculus Rift which is estimated to release sometime on Q1 2016.

According to an article on Wired Magazine, it was stated that the level of presence and immersion as staggering.

“Lucky’s Tale, an Oculus Studios title, takes you on an adventure of a lifetime with Lucky, the fun-loving fox. The game takes you to a charming new world, with dozens of locales and lush environments.

Playful is a true VR pioneer. Paul Bettner, the founder and CEO, was one of the original $5,000 backers of the Oculus Rift Kickstarter, which included a visit to Oculus HQ. It was clear from the beginning that he and the Playful team saw the potential of VR — they created dozens of game prototypes for Rift over the last three years. Their passion for creating fun, awe-inspiring VR games shows in one of the most unique experiences that will launch on Rift next year.”
