Marvel’s Avengers Gameplay Footage Set To Be Unveiled at San Diego Comic Con

Square Enix finally unveiled the upcoming Crystal Dynamics developed Marvel’s Avengers title at this year’s E3 last month. While the trailer showed off some good bits of the game, there was some lacking parts of the reveal – namely, gameplay. While some off-screen bits of gameplay has been shown off to specific members of the press, the public has been largely left in the shadows.

However, fans won’t have to wait much longer to get a good look at what to expect in terms of gameplay for the Avengers title, as Square Enix announced that the official gameplay premiere for the game will take place during Marvel panel at this year’s San Diego Comic Con event.

There is one caveat for the gameplay footage premiere announcement – being it’s still unknown whether or not the reveal will include a livestream or even if the footage will be shared online once the public panel concludes. The event is open to the public, but further details regarding whether or not Square will make the demonstration itself public has yet to be confirmed.

The panel will take place at San Diego Comic Con on July 18, 2019 at 1:30PM PT/4:30PM ET. Marvel’s Avengers is set for a release of May 15, 2020 for the PS4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia.
