Metro Exodus Expansion Pass Gets New Details

Artyom’s story in Metro Exodus come to an end but there are other story-lines and other characters that need to reach their destination in the two upcoming DLCs for the game. Most recently, Deep Silver and 4A Games have revealed new information on the contents of the DLCs and also their release windows.

The Two Colonels, is the first post-launch story that will come to Metro Exodus, telling the tale of Colonel Khlebnikov in Novosibirsk city, where he starts a dangerous journey to reach his son at home. The DLC contains new locations, gears and weapons in addition to its new playable character. The Two Colonels will be launching this Summer through all platforms.

Second piece of DLC is set to be released in early 2020 which could be near to the game’s anniversary. Sam’s Story is the next post-launch expansion for Metro Exodus and as the name implies, it follows the story of a US marine Sam, who is just like the previous Colonel tries to find his home and family within the post-apocalyptic lands of Vladivostok. The gameplay of second DLC will deliver more of a survival taste within a sandbox area.

The expansion pass, which will bring you both of the DLCs, costs players $24.99 while the price for each piece of post-launch content is yet to be known. It’s worth noting that the game itself is now available in Epic Games Store for PC with a light discount on it. PS4 and Xbox One are the other platforms for Exodus.
