Monster Hunter World DLC ‘Iceborne’ Release Announced

Sony’s second episode of their State of Play showcase kicked off with a bang giving Monster Hunter World fans something to look forward to. The new massive expansion for Capcom’s Monster Hunter – Iceborne – will bring new monsters, locations and challenges to the original game as the title’s biggest DLC yet.

Not only did we receive some gameplay footage of our hunter running through thick snow and the new dragon Velkhana, but we also received a release date of September 6, 2019 for the expansion.

Capcom also has a Spring Update livestream for Monster Hunter World later today, so stay tuned for more on the game.
