Mortal Kombat 11 DLC ‘Nightwolf’ Shown Off with New Trailer

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the official gameplay reveal of the classic Mortal Kombat fighter, Nightwolf, for his upcoming arrival via DLC for Mortal Kombat 11. NetherRealm Studios gave fans what they wanted today as the first look at the new character has arrived with a new trailer along with an official release date for the second DLC fighter to join the roster.

Check out the new Nightwolf trailer below:

Nightwolf is the second DLC fighter to make his way over to the newest MK title with sorcerer Shang Tsung arriving back in June. Bringing over his iconic axe, bow, his classic shoulder charge and other spiritual powers, Nightwolf harnesses the might of mother nature long-time fans of the series will remember – along with a few new brutal moves added to his arsenal. We also get a good look at one of his incredibly barbaric fatalities, too.

Nightwolf is set to release as early access on August 13, 2019 as a part of the Kombat Pack which also includes recently released Shang Tsung and upcoming announced fighter Sindel and Spawn. Two other currently unannounced fighters will also be apart of the Kombat Pack, with the rumors pointing towards Terminator or Ash Williams. If Nightwolf follows suit with Shang Tsung, he should be available one week later outside of early access which would be August 20, 2019.

Mortal Kombat 11 is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
