New Game Mode Revealed for Tracks: The Train Set Game

It was revealed by Excalibur Games, a brand new game mode for their upcoming ultra-nostalgic game Tracks: The Train Set Game. The game is preparing for its Early Access release on September 28th.

Check out the gameplay demo video of Tracks: The Train Set Game, featuring some gameplay footage:

“Tracks will feature a free play mode where players have all the time in the world to experiment and perfect their wooden train set creations.

From picking up passengers to dropping them off, the new gameplay demo video also introduces players to an all new environment/stage – the living room. The domestic environment also includes some new items which players can place down when creating their train tracks, such as the grand clocktower.

About Tracks – The Train Set Game

Jump aboard the nostalgia-train! Tracks is the ultimate wooden train game. Construct train sets without rules, deliver cargo, and transport commuting passengers. Build an elaborate railway system and then ride it in first person, from the train cab.

Players can create their own elaborate sets in free-play mode, or they can take on objectives, such as efficiently but safely delivering heavy cargo. The train’s weight is simulated, meaning that the gameplay dynamic is altered for different objectives.
