Along with the smooth looking gameplay footage, viewers also learn about a few features heading to GRID. Commentary from game director Chris Smith and community manager Chris Groves also note on the new Teammates system and touch on how the Nemesis system works.

The AI opponents in GRID will also feature tons of actual racing stars from the motorsports world with the option of recruiting one as a teammate in the game. Each teammate will have their own personality which will directly correspond to their racing style, as well.

GRID is expected to release on October 11, 2019 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC while those who pre-order the Ultimate Edition will be able to hop in early on October 8, 2019.
