Earlier, Bandai Namco revealed that along with Goku as the main protagonist in the upcoming action-RPG, Piccolo, Vegeta and Gohan will also be used as playable characters at some point in the game. They can also be used as support characters, as well as Tien, Yamcha, Chioatzu and Krillin.
It has yet to be confirmed at what point these three other playable characters will be available to control in the game, or if there are any other playable characters that could surface. It was detailed that Vegeta will playable during the Planet Namek saga, but wasn’t confirmed if the Saiyan Prince would be available at any other times before or after those events.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is set to release on the PS4, Xbox One and PC arriving sometime in early 2020.
