After a poised and impressive launch, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be receiving its first of many post-launch updates next week. Ubisoft announced the release of the Tidal Basin update which will give players a slew of new features and post-game content to dive into.
Among the features is the new Tidal Basin Stronghold which houses one of the toughest boss fights Agents have witnessed in the game yet. Upon completion, players will unlock the new Heroic difficulty and the next-level difficulty tier, World Tier 5.
Once players reach World Tier 5, added weekly Invaded missions will begin to see themselves in rotation. There will also be 3 new Gear Sets that unlock, one being the True Patriot set – while the other two have yet to be revealed.
The Tidal Basin update is set to release next week on April 5, 2019 as one of the many free updates for The Division 2’s extensive roadmap. The Division 2 is available for the PC, Xbox One and PS4.
