A promotional trailer was released featuring the updated photo mode in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The trailer shows off some of the additional features aspiring photographers can tweak and adjust for the perfect shot. FOV sliders, lens exposure, and a new light mode where players can produce a ball of light to provide the best lighting for shots, editing the light type, intensity and shadows all highlight how much Insomniac has added to what was already an outstanding feature in the original 2018 PlayStation 4 exclusive. Spider-Man: Miles Morales centers its story around the titular character. After Peter Parker is called away on an international emergency, Miles must take on the mantle of Spider-Man, with all the iconic power and responsibility that entails. Almost immediately after Peter leaves, two new organizations start vying for control of New York City. The Underground, headed by the Tinkerer, a tech-fueled terrorist group starts causing chaos for the Roxxon Energy Corporation, a corporation up to its own nefarious deeds. Now it’s up to Miles to keep New York safe and to fully accept what it means to don the cowl of Spider-Man.The DLC can either be purchased as a stand-alone or with the original Spider-Man. With enhanced graphics, low load times, and the erasure of load times between in-door environments and the sand-box, open world, as well as Miles’ host of new abilities and his own unique take on web-slinging, the DLC is a little more than a fresh coat of paint for the next generation hardware. While the DLC only has ten to fifteen hours of content, it is more akin to Naughty Dog’s Uncharted: The Lost Legacy than a full blow next installment.Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is now available for PlayStation 5.
