After revealing FIFA 20 and Madden 20, EA Sports finally unveiled the new entry for its hockey simulation game, NHL 20.
Having Auston Matthews on cover, NHL 20 is promised to bring an overhaul in gameplay than anything else. The game will have lots of new features in gameplay and available modes. First off, EA Sports introduced some new in-game features like Signature Shot, brand new commentary, improved AI and also some other changes in scoreboard and post-match statistics like Play of the Game. There will be also new contents in World of CHEL like new maps and challenges, along with the addition of Squad Battles to Hockey Ultimate Team.
However, the most interesting addition to NHL 20 is a new mode called Eliminator, which is inspired by Battle Royale. In Eliminator, you will start a tournament with 80 other players in which you should be the last team surviving. Eliminator will be available for both Ones and Threes modes.
NHL 20 will be coming to PS4 and Xbox One on September 13 with no words on PC version of the game. Here you can check out the trailer for it:
