“The announcement of NieR: Automata’s PC version was revealed during Gamescom, which officially kicks off today. Series creator Yoko Taro made the announcement in his typical unique fashion as he can be seen donning his iconic helmet as he fiddles with a Valve. Taro-san then makes the announcement by holding the Valve up to the eye of his mask, while saying NieR: Automata is coming to Steam in a nonchalant manner.”
