Night Cry Launches on PC This Spring
Great news survival horror fans, game publisher Playism has announced through their Kickstarter page that the survival horror game Night Cry will be scaring PC users this spring 2016!
For those who don’t know about this game, Night Cry is the spiritual sequel to the Clock Tower games that were release during the PSX and the PS2 generations, the series original director launched a Kickstarter asking for funding to develop an spiritual sequel in order to commemorate the celebration of Clock Tower’s 20th anniversary. The Kickstarter was successful enough to generate the funds they needed to get the game going, which was over $300,000, however, due to the limited funds they managed to obtain, only PC, IOS, Android and PS Vita will get a release for the game.
Night Cry is being directed by series original, Hifumi Kono, who directed the first two Clock Tower installments, the art design is being provided by Masahiro Ito who served as the original Silent Hill’s art director and the composition will be handled by Nobuko Toda, known for her work as a composer on games like the Metal Gear Solid series.
