Nintendo today announced that on February 18, 2020 at 6AM PST / 9AM EST, an special Nintendo Direct will discuss details about Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The announcement was made on Nintendo of America Twitter.

One of the areas that fans demands clarification is the the island, according to reports, the game might limit players on just one island.
“Please note: only one island can exist per Nintendo Switch console, irrespective of the number of users registered to or copies of the game used on one console,” the page states. “One Nintendo Switch and one copy of the game is required for each unique island.” Reads the official description from Nintendo
The game is scheduled to release on March 20, 2020, and will be available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
