Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 Series and DLSS 3 Announced

Nvidia has announced the GeForce RTX 40 Series which so far comprises the  RTX 4090 and RTX 4080. The 4090 costs $1600 and has a 24 GB GDDR6X RAM, and is claimed to be almost four times faster than the current highest Nvidia card, RTX 3090Ti.  The card has an output of 7680×4320 resolution with 2.23 GHz clock, a boost clock of 2.52 GHz and 16384 CUDA cores. On the other hand, the RTX 4080 costs $900 for the 12 GB G6X RAM version, while the 16 GB GDDR6X RAM version costs $1200. The card features a boost clock of 2.61 GHz, and 7680 CUDA cores for the 12 GB G6X RAM version, and a boost clock of 2.51 GHz, and 9728 CUDA cores for the 16 GB GDDR6X RAM version. The 4080 also outputs at a 7680×4320 resolution and is also significantly faster than the 3090TI. Additionally, Nvidia also announced DLSS 3, which uses AI generating high quality frames. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 will launch on October 12th, while the RTX 4080 will launch this November. A trailer showcasing all the important features via Cyberpunk 2077 of both cards was also released.
