Check out the Trailer:

“One Piece: Great Pirate Colosseum is a two-dimensional fighting game with simple controls and combos. It will have a mode where we can navigate the world and build a team with our favorite pirates, pushing up the prices of our reward by defeating rivals.

The first copies of the game will include an early-release of characters like Edward Newgate, Mark and Jozu, an item to be used in-game such as “Create a Pirate Crew” mode and a code to download a special theme for the console.

Developed by Arc System Works, the title is a 2D fighting game that will feature more than 23 playable characters and over 80 assist-characters. Moreover, even online battles are available.”
