Publisher Ubisoft and developer Massive Entertainment have officially announced the rumored open-world Star Wars game Star Wars Outlaws. The game will launch sometime in 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Star Wars Outlaws is set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. An announcement trailer was also released. In the game, players will control Kay Vess,”an emerging scoundrel seeking freedom and the means to start a new life, along with her companion Nix.”
