Overwatch’s Winter Wonderland Now Live

Overwatch’s Winter Wonderland Now Live

Blizzard has just launched its seasonal holiday content for Overwatch with a Winter Wonderland event that will remain live through 2nd January.

Maybe the biggest surprise for Overwatch this year has been the frequency at which the developers are able to bring special seasonal events to the game. After we were surprised with the Summer Games that came with Lucioball brawl and the Halloween event that brough us the Dr. Junkenstein’s Revenge brawl, players can now login on all systems to experience the X-Mas event: Winter Wonderland.

As before, this temporary addition to the game brings with it plenty of reasons to keep playing. Blizzard keeps pushing their skin designs, so expect several must-haves. Secondly, they have created another custom gamemode, and don’t forget all the other collectibles you can get from loot boxes or buy for the next few weeks.

Overwatch Winter Wonderland is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Check out the Trailer:

“A new brawl has also been added just for the occasion – Mei’s Snowball Offensive. This brawl is a 6v6, single elimination event where everyone gets to run around as Mei, pelting everyone in the face with snowballs. Yes, snowballs, as Mei’s Endothermic Blaster has been outfitted to fire off snowballs instead. I wonder if she’s packing rocks inside of those snowballs.”
