Publisher 3D Realms and developer Anshar Studios have announced Painkiller. It is a reimagining of the classic FPS franchise of the same name. It will launch sometime this fall for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. The game features “cooperative play for up to three players and full offline support.” In the game, players “Battle hordes of demons and titanic terrors across richly detailed gothic environments.” A trailer was also released.
