Grinding Gear Games has today announced that Path of Exile 2 is launching in 2021 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. According to the studio, the sequel to the critically acclaimed RPG will feature seven new acts which will share an end-game with the original and be playable alongside its campaign.
Grinding Gear Games also revealed a new trailer focusing on how the game’s music is being produced:
Path of Exile 2 is confirmed to feature a “an outstanding fresh musical score created by in-house composer, Kamil Orman Janowski”. Path of Exile was released in October 2013 to critical acclaim. Since its launch, the game has become a global community of over 20 million players including localized versions in English, German, French, Spanish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Russian, Thai, Brazilian Portuguese and Korean. In 2019, Path of Exile made Steam’s “Most Played” game list for the second year in a row and won the BAFTA award in the Evolving Game category.
