The second trailer for Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers
has been released by the game’s publisher, Atlus.
The action-packed trailer features some powerful explosions, fast-paced combat, and intense animated action featuring masked characters and other fantastical elements. Fans will also get a couple glimpses of potential boss fights, navigation, and dialogue as they view the trailer’s content. However, for dialogue and narration may be difficult for those who are not bilingual to understand, as it is entirely in Japanese.
Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is a hack and slash role-playing video game developed by Omega Force and P-Studio for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. The game is a crossover between Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors and Atlus’s Persona franchises and is scheduled to release in Japan on February 20, 2020. No worldwide release date has been announced.
The game is set six months after the events of Persona 5, and follows Joker and the rest of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts as they “end up in a mysterious version of Tokyo filled with supernatural enemies.” Gameplay will feature the real-time action from Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors series and the turn-based Persona-battling aspect of the Atlus’s Persona series.
