Phantom Fury Launches in April For PC

Publisher 3D Realms and developer Slipgate Ironworks announced that the Ion Fury Sequel Phantom Fury will launch on April 23. It will launch for  PC via Steam and GOG. A release date for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch version was not announced. A release date trailer was also released. Phantom Fury follows Shelly who is “tasked with securing a highly dangerous artifact, the legendary Demon Core,” and “embarks on an intense journey around the US, as she tries to overcome her own past to save mankind’s future.”

Taking place many years after her fight against Jadus Heskel, Shelly “Bombshell” Harrison awakes in a new world, pulled out of a coma at the behest of an old colleague, with a new bionic arm.

Tasked with securing a highly dangerous artifact, the legendary Demon Core, Shelly embarks on an intense journey around the US, as she tries to overcome her own past to save mankind’s future.
