While Atlus has been busy teasing Persona fans with their recent Persona 5: The Royal announcement, 3DS owners are gearing up for the spin-off sequel, Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth. While we’ve seen some exciting footage involving the three separate Persona series’ team of teens, the latest trailer gives us a better look at Persona 5’s Phantom Thieves.
Check out the latest Person Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth trailer below:
The game is set to combine the efforts of Persona 3’s SEES team, Persona 4’s Investigation Team, and, of course, the Phantom Thieves form Persona 5. The group will experience riveting dungeon crawling set in a world of pop-culture films and references across and engaging story.
We’ll also see some major upgrades to the combat system as Q2 adopts the heavily tweaked combat from Persona 5, as well as adds the new team-based Unison system to the mix.
While Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth has already debuted in Japan last November, the western audience will be able to get their hands on the game on June 4, 2019. The game is exclusive to the 3DS.
