Planar Conquest Available Now
Planar Conquest – a reimagined and immensely enhanced sequel to Worlds of Magic – a Kickstarter-funded 4X game that was released last year on PC, is now available. If you’re a Civilization series fan and enjoy it’s vibe or love Heroes of Might & Magic, but were longing more freedom in it, then Planar Conquest is exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
Sorcerer Lords, 8 different races, multiple planes of existence and much more await for all strategy games’ fans in this new turn-based, 4X game from Wastelands Interactive.

If you already own Worlds of Magic on PC, then you’ll be able to get Planar Conquest completely for free. This way developers want to thank all the fans, as without their support and feedback bringing Planar Conquest to life would not be possible.
Here’s what Leszek Lisowski, Wastelands Interactive CEO, had to say about how the game was created:
We know that Worlds of Magic had some things that required polishing even after release. We’ve been improving many game features in subsequent updates, however we’ve eventually realized, that if we want to unleash the full potential of our 4X project, we need to overhaul it and relaunch it. That’s how Planar Conquest was born. The game not only features new UI, enhanced AI, revamped graphics, intuitive map editor and more, but also will be expanded with cross-platform multiplayer once it launches on Xbox One and PS4. We’ve also made it available completely for free to all gamers who already own Worlds of Magic. This is our way to say thank you to the community, who trusted us and stick with us for all this time.

Planar Conquest is a 4X turn-based strategy game inspired by Master of Magic. Created to give players that awesome feeling of the gameplay of the past, wrapped into modern look. “eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate” are the four words which are here to provide fun and challenge.
