Great news!, the turtles are coming back to your nearest console or PC next year courtesy of Platinum Games; according to the Australian Classification Board, the new game Teenage Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan is currently being handled by the Japanese developer Platinum games, who is also currently serving as the developers for Star Fox Zero for the Wii U, Nier: Automata for the PS4 and Scalebound for the Xbox One.
In the Australian Classification Board, it was stated that Activision will publish the title and it’s planned to release on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC; there is no mention of a Wii U version which should come as no surprise due to the lack of third party support on the system.
Hopefully this title will be a new beat them up in the veins of the great Teenage Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time for the Super Nintendo; Platinum games will do very well in studying carefully what made that game great and replicate the feeling in the new game.
The game is expected to release next year, however, no release date has been specified as of yet.
A new developer trailer was also released.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is available now
Grand Theft Auto 6 will launch in fall 2025.
A Nintendo Switch trailer was also released.
