SCEE has officially announced a price cut for the PlayStation 4 in Europe. On November 16th, the PlayStation 4 will be exactly 2 years old since its release in the USA and 29th of November for Europe. The sales have been very successful and outselling both the Xbox One that launched a week later and the Wii U that was released in the Holiday season of 2012. As far as we know the PlayStation 4 sales are above the 25 million mark. Meanwhile, Microsoft hasn’t released any actual numbers of their latest sales, but it’s quite obvious that they’re having a tough time catching up to the PlayStation 4. Despite that, both consoles are coming out with great stuff this holiday season and 2016. There is a lot to look forward too and we hope to enjoy everything we can when the time comes.
“Since the launch of PS4 our aim has always been to provide players with the best gaming experiences at the best value, and we’ve been thrilled with the amount of players who have joined our world.
If you haven’t made the jump to next-gen yet then we have some good news for you. We are pleased to announce that from today the 500GB PS4 will be available across the SCEE region* from the new low price of €349.99/£299.99 (RRP).
We have some fantastic bundle offers for the holiday season – check out the list. From limited edition consoles to some of the best games of the year – there’s something for everyone!
