Stadia and xCloud might cause a big change in streaming platforms, but before they even debut in the gaming industry, Sony was launching its PlayStation Now to give players the ability to play previous and current generation titles via streaming. However, the service didn’t receive well by the community until last year that Sony added a new capability to download the games and play them offline, which didn’t help for its streaming side but provided a new way for playing PS3 and PS2 titles, like what Xbox’s Backward service does.
Anyway, new month has come and new games for PlayStation Now are just around the corner. First one and maybe the biggest title that is coming to the service in May is Batman: Arkham Knight, the finale for Rocksteady’s critically acclaimed Batman Arkham series. While all previous entries of the franchise were available on PS Now, the addition of Arkham Knight completed the collection for those who want to bring criminals of Arkham to justice.
The second-biggest title of the month is an spin-off for Hideo Kojima’s Metal Gear series that launched in 2013 and received positive reviews as an enjoyable hack n slash from a famous franchise. PlayStation Now subscribers will get Ultimate Edition of the game which includes all the DLC.
Finally there are other titles that might not surprise you as much as the two above, but they definitely worth playing. Games such as Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter, LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game, Brawlout and some other titles that you can check them out in the list below:
