PlayStation Plus Games for March 2018 Announced

PlayStation Plus Games for March 2018 Announced

Sony has announced that the free PlayStation Plus games for March 2018 will include Bloodborne, Ratchet & Clank and more. While it’s not always the case, the lists between North America and Europe are completely identical in March. That means everyone gets to enjoy the same games. The current games will go away on March 6, so players still have time to redeem games like Knack, Grand Kingdom, Spelunker HD, Mugen Souls Z, Exiles End, and more.

Here are the games both leaving and entering the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection next week on March 6, 2018 in North America and Europe:

PlayStation 4

  • Bloodborne (SIE)
  • Bombing Busters (Sanuk Games)
  • Claire: Extended Cut (Hailstorm Games)
  • Mighty No. 9 (Deep Silver)
  • Ratchet & Clank (SIE)
  • Bonus DLC: Dungeon Defenders II PlayStation Plus Pack (available March 13 to April 10) – Includes four Shadow Costumes, one million in gold, five Campaign Shard Packs, five Defender Packs, and a Ninja Gato Pet.

PlayStation 3

  • Legend of Kay Anniversary (THQ Nordic)
  • Mighty No. 9 (Deep Silver)

PS Vita

  • Bombing Busters (Sanuk Games)
  • Claire: Extended Cut (Hailstorm Games)

In addition to the March 2018 lineup, Sony also announced that starting March 8, 2019, the PlayStation PLus monthly games lineup will focus on PlayStation 4 titles and no longer include PlayStation 3 and PS Vita titles. This will not affect any games you have already downloaded, or will download, prior to March 8, 2019. Those games will remain part of your PlayStation Plus games library as long as you remain a member. Your game saves and other benefits of PlayStation Plus will also remain the same.

Check out the Video:

Those two PS4 games will be joined by a pair of PlayStation 3 titles, Legend of Kay and Mighty No. 9, and two PlayStation Vita games, Claire: Extended Cut and Bombing Busters, in March. Mighty No. 9, Claire and Bombing Busters all support Sony’s Cross Buy feature on PS4, meaning PS4 owners will get access to five games next month.

While that’s good news for PS Plus subscribers, Sony dropped a bit of bad (but not totally surprising) news about the subscription service today: Sony will stop offering free PS3 and Vita games through PS Plus in March 2019. The service will focus exclusively on PS4 software afterward.
