PlayStation Plus Subscription Price Will Be Increased in Europe and Asia Soon

The battle between Sony and Microsoft during the current generation of consoles haven’t had an absolute winner so far. When it comes to exclusive games, Microsoft is miles behind Sony but in case of services, Sony doesn’t really have much to offer while Microsoft is expanding its Backward Compatibility and Xbox Game Pass more and more every day.

Anyway, PlayStation Now and PlayStation Plus are the only services that PS4 owners can rely on them probably till the end of 8^th generation and the price for the latter is being raised in Europe and Asia with different percentage depending on subscription’s period. In some regions one-year subscriptions remain at the same price while in other countries various increase spotted. Here is the full list for price changes:

While won’t receive any new feature soon, the increase in price might seem as an unreasonable decision from Sony for its community. The new prices will be applied on August 1^st.
